- You will receive a tracking number within 48-72 hours from the date you placed your order. The tracking number will be sent to the email provided when your order was placed.

I've tried to track my order and there is still no movement update.. why is that?
- Your order is on the way!! It could take up to 48 hours for the USPS tracking system to update your order status - but no worries!

- If desiring to have your order delivered by Christmas day, your order MUST be placed by December 10th to guarantee delivery.
- If desiring to have your order delivered by New Years day, your order MUST be placed by December 15th to guarantee delivery.

WIG CONSTRUCTION SERVICES INFORMATION (IF WANTING TO USE HAIR YOU ALREADY HAVE)
- When shipping hair extensions, remember to request a tracking number. This is the only way to monitor status updates. I will follow up via email to confirm delivery, also.
- If you need to purchase an additional hair piece (closure/frontal) you will need to purchase the desired piece, at the same time of placing your order.
- It takes 2 - 3 weeks from the time hair is received to construct units. You will be notified via email when your unit is completed. Tracking information will also be provided.
